I am looking to continue my creative career in yachting as a head chef on vessels over 55m or as a capable sous chef on yachts over 100m. I am keen to get back to the creativity of preparing charter food, talent and technique with a broad transferable skill set. I bring flexibility, dedication and am able to travel worldwide without restrictions. I am looking preferably for a permanent or rotational position. I have an eye for details and a commitment to self improvement. I thrive on teamwork which drives a willingness to assist across the team in support of the vessel, its guest and her crew.
